The definitive aXtrLabs Agreement for Enterprise AI Orchestration & Site Engagement.Effective: April 04, 2026

NODE-01 / ASSENT

Formal Acceptance.

Accessing the aXtrLabs Platform (aXtr.in) constitutes technical assent to this Operational Protocol. This framework governs all engagement with aXtrLabs' digital assets, AI pillars, and orchestration systems.

Disagreement with any provision requires immediate termination of access. Continued engagement constitutes technical assent.

NODE-02 / TAXONOMY

System Definitions.

The Architect

Refers to aXtrLabs Pvt. Ltd., the primary architect of the aXtrCore engine, its subsidiaries, and authorized agents.

The Client

Refers to any natural or legal entity engaging with aXtrLabs systems for enterprise transformation, automation, or audit services.

NODE-03 / SOVEREIGN IP

Intellectual Architecture.

All content, features, and proprietary codebases—specifically the aXtrLabs Pillars (Automation, Intelligence, Evaluation, Analytics, Compliance, Optimization, Transformation) and the Enterprise Platform Ecosystem (including apeXaudit, Lead PulseX, and corteXforge)—remain the exclusive property of aXtrLabs.

Critical IP Clauses
  • No reproduction, derivative instantiation, or mirroring of aXtrLabs Pillars or Platform logic is permitted under any circumstances.

  • Prohibition of reverse engineering, systematic data retrieval (scraping), or unauthorized API engagement against the aXtrCore platform.

NODE-04 / CONDUCT

Operational Discipline.

No Malicious Insertion
No Systematic Retrieval
No Identity Synthesis

Violation trigger: Immediate automated termination of credentials.

NODE-05 / FRAMEWORK

Commercial Protocol.

NODE-06 / LIABILITY

Risk Parameters.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" basis. aXtrLabs disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aXtrLabs' maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding six months, not to exceed 10,000 USD for public users and standard pilots.

NODE-07 / LEGAL

Jurisdictional Integrity.

This Protocol is governed strictly by the laws of India. Any action or litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
